The House of Representatives Candidate for Atisbo/ Saki East / West under Accord party in the forth coming 2023 election, Dr Jacob Funmi Ogunmola is dead.
The deceased was the founder of Ogunmola Foundation and also a former Chairman of ATISBO Local Government .
Ogunmola was known to be a great Philanthropist who always reaches out to the less priviledge in the society.
According to a close Source of the deceased, he was hale and healthy on Saturday and even attended a Church Programme that was organised by Baptist Royal Ambassador and also attended some functions that day.
He said ” Ogunmola started feeling uncomfortable on Sunday morning and left Ago Are for Lagos adding that, He was to attend a programme at Isale Taba Area in Saki but due to his health issue, he sent some representatives and also donated a sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (#50,000) to the Organiser of the programme.”
The Accord Rep Candidate was said to be online till 6pm yesterday but later gave up around midnight today.
It should be recalled that Ogunmola in a trending Video had earlier said Hired Assassin came to his home some months back, he stressed that ” political position should not be a do or die affair, that if God destines one to be in certain position, one will be there and if anyone kills him just to get to the post, the person will not do well”
His death came as a big shock to lot of people home and abroad especially people from his hometown as he has lots of activities lined up for the week and also has loads of goodies planned for the less privileges .
